Shipping Policy

We understand you may want to receive your new Crypto Wave products as soon as possible, and we don’t blame you. So what we’ve done on our end is provide a few additional shipping options for you. That way we can be confident that you receive your package(s) when you need it, in a timely manner!

Note: Orders are processed 7 days a week, but they can only be shipped out Monday through Friday.

International Shipping

At Crypto Wave, we’re very excited to have fans all across the world! For our international customers, please note that it typically takes 10-15 business days for an order to arrive, plus the processing and handling time it takes to prep your order in our warehouse. However, the shipping time frame can widely vary depending on location and shopping season.

TAXES & CUSTOMS

 

Crypto Wave is not responsible for any duty and tax fees for international shipping. To find out if you’ll be charged for duties and taxes, please refer to your local customs website. The limits for duty-free packages are established by your local customs authorities. Neither are we responsible for the Delivery Duty paid on all Canadian orders over $150 CAD. Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to make returns and exchanges easy!

Please note: Products can be returned or exchanged under the following conditions:

● The product(s) is within 7 days from the date you receive your purchase.

● All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original packaging.

● Products are purchased directly from our website.

● Products purchased during a 'final sale' promotion are ineligible for returns/exchanges.

● If you ordered apparel and it doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for the right size. For our exchange process email us at cryptowave589@protonmail.com

 

Refunds will be made in the form of a store credit to your account. Please vet every item before purchasing and read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use before continuing. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with our policies.

 

All Jewelry purchases made on our website are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you ordered a ring and it doesn’t fit, you can exchange it for the right size.
